custom cake Pricing
Because my custom cakes are uniquely designed and tailored to each client, there are no set prices.
However, each of these have hours of work invested from initial consultation to delivery, and for this reason there is a minimum of $150 per custom cake order.
The final price of your custom cake will depend on flavors, serving amount, complexity of design, and handmade elements.
Sculpted and 3D cakes start at $150 based on size, details, and complexity of structure and design.
Payment
Payment is due in full 2 weeks (14 calendar days) before the scheduled pick-up date for celebration cakes.
Wedding cake final payment is due 30 days before the wedding date.
A 50% non-refundable retainer is due at time of booking along with a signed contract to officially book your date.
It is important to note I do a limited number of cakes per week to fully concentrate on each order. Bookings are on a first come, first paid basis. Until the non-refundable, 50% retainer is received, dates remain open to other orders who may pay their retainer first.
Delivery & Pickup
Delivery is factored in to the price of cakes that are 3-tiers+, but it is available upon request for smaller cakes as well for a predetermined fee. Please include your event location in your order request for a delivery quote.
Pick-up times for cakes/orders smaller than 3 tiers are scheduled at the customers convenience at the time an order is placed.
Servings
The cutting guide I use is based on the standard of 1″ wide x 2″ deep and 5-6" tall. Popular cake sizes serve the following based on the standard guidelines listed above:
6″ round=14 servings 8″ round=26 servings 10″round= 38 servings 12″round=56 servings
